"Greedy Council and Developers ruining suburb"
What was becoming a really good suburb again is being ruined by greedy developers and equally greedy council. Both are just trying to make a quick buck by building cheap, high density dwellings in what they consider a "bogan" suburb.
Such a shame, as suburb has community feel, friendly neighbours and lovely parks and reserves.
Stop developers "cashing in" - don't buy units that are poorly planned and crammed into subdivided blocks. Demand quality fittings and fixtures if buying in this suburb - prove we are not all bogans.

“Exciting times for Dandenong and surrounding suburbs!” (Very proud local)
This suburb is very liveable and it’s getting even better! With the government and developers injecting approximately one billion dollars in Dandenong, it will breathe new life and generate thousands of jobs for the area and surrounding suburbs. I have lived in the area for over ten years now and I and others are excited with the proposal of new business’ and developments in Eumemmerring.
It has lacked retail shops and convenience stores and I personally believe its great that this is being invested into the community, not only will it generate new businesses and jobs (which the people need more than ever) but it will without doubt increase the value of our homes. Looking forward to the future!
