Upper Coomera

"The place where 'skinny street-roads,' were born."

I moved here in 2014, renting then time came to buy, and I drove around the area, only to find, vehicles parked, up grass-vergs, on top of the grass verges, multiple vehicles in one property and many properties with this, and the reasons are: high amounts of renting, very narrow
streets, and so vehicles parked as described above.

Houses and gardens are not in a, 'well-kepted,' state, so I guess the percentage of Home-owner as residents occupant is low.
Therefore, a very high percentage of rentals, was this part of the design-Demographics? to lump as many people/families as close together and they'll be so grateful? just to have a house to buy.
The rent amounts are also a causative because it attracts multiply Tenants, so, hence the volume of vehicles, like a Hamster-and-the-wheel.
I know the stand ed reply is; Oh its urban growth, (sprawl), so I wonder, Who is Urban, and where do they live?
I lost count of the large amounts of child-care centres,
So do I like the area, yes. Do I like the squishiness of the streets by the design of the developers, no.
So Developers must you cram Lots into a street, court, circuit?
It causes neighbour stress.
A flawed system, in Development excessive numbers of Lots per, suburb.
Could you approach your profit with less, aggressive need to yield profits, and perhaps accept that the spreading monopoly of this excessive Lots almost, 'cheek-to-jowl,' is unhealthy, and stingy, and ask yourself: Would I be comfortable living like this?
Summary. These suburbs billowing over with occupants living, 'cheek-to-jowl,' is a failed system, and useless, as the properties values are; if we are honest, also excessively inflated, and all that is happening is more shops are built more, skinny-streets and more small Lots, feeding onto (2) two exit points, 1. 54 Days Rd or Pimpama, or (3) three if one counts Tamborine- Oxenford where this year the bridge collapsed for the third time?, good-grief.
Earlier this year I asked if RiverMeadow Drive U.C.,was okay? as there seems to be a lot of properties for sale? I was told:
Hoons and vehicles parked on the grass-verge and barking dogs.
Well this isn't added to the Real Estate information for sale.

Very narrow streets make up a lot of areas in Coomera, robina, Arundel, but especially the new developments in Pimpama. Two way streets are a constant one way parking lot due to the small blocks, short driveway, and the occupants using the barely 2 car garage as a storage shed instead of car garage.
Developers are now getting around the street car parking problem by keeping these developments under strata which dont allow street parking.
Very frustrating way to live considering being that far out from the city and Gold Coast beaches.
