"Dangerous due to flooding and rot"
A very dangerous place to buy a lemon of a house.
Water levels are dangerous and this should only be used for Airbnb till it sinks.
The foundation isn't stable and the house rots and degrades so fast

What flooding and what rot? Lived in SL for 8 years and no one we know has ever complained or experienced those issues.
