I purchased a new home in Royal Park back in August 1959. Well before West Lakes was formed, there was prickle bush lined , muddy dirt streets. Mainly very friendly Polish people settled here to make a go of it. The community today still consists to be of a friendly nature. Safe and affordable housing has young professional couples moving in to start a family, like I did.
