Good Investment Turned Bad
Had to sell my property due to the Executive Committee of the Owner's Corporation charging me parking FEES (i.e Fines) for my tenants breaching bylaws. NSW Fair Trading the charges were illegal and so I couldn't get the money back from the tenants and I couldn't actually kick them out because there were no notices to comply with the bylaw. Be prepared to be bullied by the Executive Committee Members and don't expect any help from the Strata Manager.
