"The Centre of all that is good"

Only 30 mins to city, 15 mins to beaches, 1 hr to phillip island. Great spot! and finally public transport is on the way in only a few short months.

Once this area is fully serviced with a bus route, access to the train station at lynbrook, Merinda park station is close to us (10 min walk) but the new station will help a lot. Not to mention the shopping centre with Marriott Waters where we are living that will avoid the need to go to far for shops. I have never tried tried driving into the city but I get onto the Monash without any delays most days and most of the traffic build up is at the city end so no matter where you live you are affected by the same traffic. As far as the train goes being less than 5 mins drive from the station and a 55 minute train ride into the CBD is not that bad. Its more the choice of things to do outside of work that appeals most to me, the coast is really close and with the new pennisular link opeing up in a year or so it will make those areas even closer. Areas like emerald, philip island are all within easy access and every facility i have ever needed is available in one of the nearby suburbs. Overall its a fantastic place to live and there is more on the way.
