I recently bought house. I am So so happy ,
I have got a good price house with good block of land. , I noticed most of my neighbours bought houses recently Around here. A good point view is less renters more owners. Also I can see the changes and progress that is happened just in 6 months. I work in Brisbane at kelvin grove and I Spent just 25 min driving from my place. Comparing to co-workers that lives north side takes longer , also I had my kid at Citipointe Cristian College ,due we moved here we need to relocated him to a new school Westside Cristian college Located less than 2 km from our house. We paid 50% less and the education is extremely good even better as mi kid said .
there is a town Square you can get everything coles ,Aldi, daysi Japan , and nice restaurants . I think need more parks. But I saw they investing. A lot money at redbank plains reserve and they going to make a new dog off leash which really convenient for us because I have been using Brookwater and bellbird park. Which is located less than 4 km .

With the money that I was planning get 300 sqm block new house I have got 820 sqm and I am Adding my style to the house .
