The rent is cheap and for the most part the area doesn't flood. Before moving here, it's definitely worth checking out QP's crime statistics and getting insurance quotes for where you're thinking of renting/ buying. The neighbours are generally pretty friendly, however, unfortunately there's a few groups of teenagers of a certain look that do get up to mischief during the holidays.
