I was looking around this area before i found mt glorious, samford valley, draper and daybora region. I've found all round it is far better value for money, its still close to city, decent shopping centres, a nice tavern/local pub with fantastic steaks, lush green surroundings as a pose to dry, all round better class of people & better quantity of groceries from local shops.
The only thing going for Jimboomba and surrounding areas have going for it in my eyes is the heat and its farely close to the goldcoast if you like that.
