"Downhill sliding"
Seaford Rise is going downhill rapidly.
It used to be somewhere I was proud to say I lived, but it's being overrun by bogans.

I have heard that a certain Seaford suburb is starting to have problems but it isn't Seaford Rise.

How dare you! No southern suburb has any problems! Nothing compared to the Northern suburbs! You went to school, right? Use the correct terminology before pin-pointing areas you've obviously never been to!
