Not too noisy, only frontyard. Excellent access to beach, freeway and arguably the best shopping centre in Perth. Beautiful bush land over the road. Karrinyup and surrounding region has some of the largest nature reserves in Perth. Friendly area, feel safe and happy to walk and exercise around the streets and parkland areas. Very happy with neighbours couldn't ask for a better location.

"Close to the City and nice and quiet."
Nice quiet suburb 10 to 15 minutes to Perth (realistic). A safe neighbourhood with plenty of parks including the monsterous Yokine reserve. All shopping needs are accounted for. Nothing more to say safe, friendly neighbours, lots of parks, close to Perth and close to shops. Its started to take off already, with price increase and with development of old blocks.

"Little bit upper class"
A smart buy in this area will have a view. Depending on where you buy there is views of the city, Lake Gwelup or the beach. Just choose one. Safe neighbourhood, Driftwood Ave is in the new development, and although quite pricy there is nothing left to do. Nice house nice view nice neighbourhood what more do you want.

I have recently sold in this Estate using Jed Caeiro from Principle Property and I have to say that if anyone is thinking of selling or buying in Karrinyup, they need to give the Karrinyup Guy a call. His feedback was fantastic and his professionalism was unmatched. He is dedicated and professional and I was never in the dark about what was happening with my property. Will defiantly use him again.
