"drug and alchole people everywhere"
my unit was broke in for twice! espetially at night the police is everywhere... not a good and safe place to live. please be aware.

"good place to invest"
good place for investment coz uni just nearby. i've lived here for nearly two years with hassle free neighbours and very quiet life there. just want to say nice nice nice.
