Goulburn Place
"A short street where neighbours are friendly"
Friendly neighbours on this street. One neighbour help me fix my fence. Another neighbour invites me over for dinner. A neighbour across from me is a builder and gives me some advice on any issues I have (with my house). The good thing about this street is in the 10 years I have been here, no one has has had a loud late night drunken party. The last place I was at my neighbour would have one every weekend.

"Nice family oriented suburb"
Nice family oriented suburb. Traffic only an issue during peak hour due to train line. Excellent park and there is the Kuraby bush trails.
