Carrum downs has in the past 3-5 years had some issues
most growing suburbs do .
I have lived in the area for 7years
and would not want to move in a hurry ......
people are down to earth ...but with a ambition to stabilise there lives ...and more forward .we all work hard .not many stay at homers ....in this suburb -----bar our mums.


- and the few bad residents in some streets of carrum downs - would be due to approving rental application that probably should not have been approved----
but every body deserves a chance to live some were clean safe nice ... So ,,,,,, what can ya do but give a go then keep on keep on ,,,,

-Owners and renters
mostly young family people.starting there and the only issues

- I have been whitens to is teen ages from sky sand hurst passing through carrum downs on there way home from frankston or the cbd from the train station the
local mc Donald's in carrum frank/ dandy rd as that head of home they tag fences ,trash stuff ,,,also if hard rubbish is out they throw it all over the roads paint and all don't. mind the cars driving up the road

- in October 2011 night I come home after a long day drove in to jacana drive ! and seen teens throw a big night touch at each cars they past.!
i called police and followed them at a distance in my car till police ,,,,,,the police arrived ,,,
the boys were residents of the sandhust estate not carrum downs

.-It the way we put things in prospective --- We try to give kids the best but Give to much to kids at a young age

-freedom. The run of there Owen home -----course mum dad are at work trying to pay for it
they think there in titled --to dis respect --everything as they ---have not had not WORK FOR IT , really get to know your kids " there great actors
