It's a lovely quiet area most part of the day & night, I have enjoyed living here for over a year. I would reccommend this area to all families moving here for the first time. Close to a great primary school, bus ride to great High School, a pub just over the road & the local Caltex just up the road for anything you forgot while shopping.
