Plympton Park

"Practical but not pretty..."

My husband and I have lived in South Plympton for 4 years and whilst we love the location of the suburb, we are finding it increasingly noisy, particularly being located at the end of a quiet street that joins a very busy thoroughfare. As a couple, we have enjoyed the close proximity to Glenelg for shopping, beach and nightlife, aswell as the city and Marion shopping centre however, now as a young family, we are eager to move to a quieter area that has a bit more character and warmth. South Plympton has some lovely streets with some lovely homes, but unfortunately there are pockets that are riddled with run down establishments and rubbish and shopping trolleys strewn about. Overall, a safe place to live with close proximity to the city and beach but lacking in charm and serenity.
