Warwick is slowly but surely becoming the country town with everything you need. With Woolworths, Bilo, Aldi and just last week Supa IGA (which is open longer hours than any supermarket in Brisbane) and a reasonably amount of specialty stores there is really no need to leave.

It is a reasonable commute to Brisbane (not daily though) at almost neat on 2 hrs and similar to the Gold Coast there is still the opportunity to get away for a special weekend. My chouce would be staying in the local area as Stanthorpe is just down the road providing great days out and great places to stay and eat.

Warwick is a lovely quite place with ample facilities and an all round feeling of a safe country town. We have recently moved out from Brisbane and have decided already never to move back to the city.

Overall Warwick has everything you need or want and lower living costs making it perfect for the young family.
