Has everything we need at our doorstep. We are within walking distance to the shops, as well as Rowellyn primary school & kindergarten. The locals are friendly & the updated park & playground at Sandfield Reserve is fantastic. Seaford beach is stunning & not as busy as surrounding beaches.
