Nice to have parks close by for walking, running or dog walking. Also good to visit to just sit and read and enjoy the day by yourself.
The local shops are close by and always clean and the workers are friendly, especially in the Farmer Jacks.
Unfortunately there a few hoons who feel that have to "floor it" through the roundabouts on North Beach Rd.
