Berwick is one of those area that people would love to move into, it has many facilities and no more than a few minutes away from Fountain Gate shopping centre. I work in High street, Berwick at Ray White and it is filled with commercials shops that you can almost call it a little village. Traffic can be a little frustrating at times and Berwick train tracks stop the traffic almost all the time which causes a big jam especially during peak hours.
People who are looking into moving in Berwick have to see the bigger picture and not just look at it as an expensive suburb. There are pockets in Berwick which are affordable for the first home buyer as well as investors. This area is great for young families as well as retired people. it is conveniently close to local shops, primary and secondary schools.
