"Its getting better each year"
Lived here for many years. Love being close to the city & river. Its affordable. In the last twelve months i have witnessed a huge increase in demolition / building activity. Never wait more than 5 minutes for a taxi as they feed direct off great eastern highway. IGA, belvidere street is so handy and is only a short walk. Council gives 4 free skip bins each year, No ugly kerbside pickup which is a bonus. My Neighbours are great, friendly and helpful. If only more people tidied up there yards a bit the place would be booming. New football stadium at burswood will be just down the road. Just signed up to demo my house and build a large home as we are very content.

the houses and land here are undersupply because it is in a commercial area and most of land here occupied by warehouses,companies,office and bussiness premises.The demand for housing here is very high due to scarce of land.
good business spot with many major warehouses like Bunnings and they make good money here .Lots of factories because of good infrastructure and easy access to the airport cargo etc
