"Really dodgy suburb"
This is the only suburb I have had TWO break and enters in two years. Lots of housing commission and meth labs. I would not recommend

An unlucky encounter, lived here for 8 years never heard of anything like this. Looks like a lot of stuff you are saying is untrue and has no basis to support.

"Tiny blocks - future ghetto"
Terrible layout and over developed. Poor town planning and lack of roads out of this outer suburban rabbit warren. High crime and break ins

Dont bother with directions, use a GPS. Ubiquitous round abouts and cookie cutter housing jam packed with very narrow streets, claustraphobic.
