Great for travel times to the city, however, the traffic is relentless, roads need a lot of improving.

Just moved to the area & so far have been very impressed, we live in a court with really lovely neighbours & haven't had any issues. It is a great location being so close to Mornington & Seaford Beach. Everything we need in terms of shops has been available at Carrum Downs Shopping Centre. I highly recommend this area.
