We bought property here as it was the cheapest suburb in the North East, within 12km from the CBD. The surburb is definitely improving with the number of developments and young people moving in to the area. Sure, there are shady people around but everyone seems to keep to them self. Great value and surrounded by million dollar suburbs, close to shopping centres, bus and train - a great place for first home buyers.
