Pacific Pines

"Quiet, Lovely Neighbours and Close to Shops"

We've just bought in Pacific Pines and have been living in our house for about 6 months now. My partner and I really love the area and have been very happy with the local shops and amenities.

It's close to my workplace in Southport and doesn't take long at all for my partner to get onto the M1 in the mornings however would love to see some upgrades done to Smith Street when heading south as it can get very busy during school pick up and drop off times. We don't live far from the skate park and schools and despite rumors of drugs, etc. I've felt very safe in our home. Our neighbours are lovely and look out for us and our pets. Plenty of great little parks to go walking the dogs in or have a BBQ.

We have heard hoons during the night but we live in a cul de sac so it doesn't bother us much at all. It would be nice to see some more police in Pacific Pines. I think I've only seen one patrol car on Pitcairn Way the entire time we've been living here.

Overall, we're very happy with the area. There's lots to do and everything is close-by and easily accessible. It definitely seems to be a wonderful place to raise a family and very pet-friendly.
