Dominion Rd is close to the best facilities of Mount Martha - the Community Centre and Tennis Club, the great cafes and cute boutiques of Mount Martha Village and the gold sands and safe waters of South Beach. Mount Martha Primary school and Balcombe Grammar are short walks away as are sports ovals and Mount Martha’s hidden treasure, the Balcombe Estuary Boardwalk. The street is full of friendly helpful neighbors and many houses have great views over the bush to the water of Port Phillip Bay. It’s an hour drive to Melbourne city so commuting and holidaying both work.
