We were looking at suburbs to move to from interstate and visited palm woods based on these reviews. We were underwhelmed. We would still need to travel to ‘the coast’ for everything we moved here for, so we preferred to look at suburbs closer to the coast.
It had the feeling of an old shanty town.

We rented here for a while after relocating from interstate. Too far from where we wanted to be and there were lots of strange types from Nambour and surrounds. We moved to Buderim and have never looked back.

We moved from interstate- Take it from us, you can pay slightly less and settle for much less in neighbouring or newer suburbs…But we asked ourselves ‘What are we moving to the Sunny Coast for?’ And the suburb that ticks every box is Buderim. Best move we ever made! Don’t settle for less - nature, proximity to everything and beautiful surrounds. The Australian dream.
