I have lived in Nerang for 5+ years and I can honestly say you should never judge a book by it's cover. Nerang has much to offer in the way of affordable housing, shopping options, schooling, parks and transport. Nerang also has a vast number of $$$ acreage properties and large homes which suit people looking for in town acreage. It is a great place to live right bang smack in the middle of the Gold Coast. There is a lot of young families in the area and first home buyers so the overall appearance is on the up which is great.

Kirra whats not to like, great beaches lots of great places to eat out and as for living buying or renting it is affordable. Another bonus is cooly, greenmount, rainbow, snapper & dbar are just around the corner from kirra so there is always something going on and lots to do if your on a budget. This part of the coast is undeniably the best and feels like a step back from what surfers and broady have become, I am looking forward to calling this little slice of paradise home!
