You have got hospital, TAFE, all sorts of clinics, physios, big 4 branches, post office, two pharmacies, and even animal hospital in one spot!! . Very multicultural. Have a few good churches. Surrounded by Westfield Mill Park, Lalor market, easy to get on High St, M80, easy and quick to go to city and airport by car. Something for young families: many good Primary school (very close to Epping center) an unzoned primary school has always been ranked within top primary schools in Victoria.
