I’d like to living here, a little busy and lots of traffic but it’s quite beautiful at the moment. If you’re selling your property, the area has increased value crazy amount. But my advice is don’t use the local Real Estate agents, they are flooded and will get you an average price. Use an agency out of the area like I did, you will get a massive price! The same all agents like Woodards for example list every single house, so they’re not gonna just work for you to get a good price. There are some nice cafes now, it’s really beautiful and I will miss the place but I’m very happy for the sale.

I lived in the City for most of my life and decided to buy and live here since I work from him. There’s plenty to do in summer, beach and markets, nice wineries and restaurants and nice people. I much prefer it to Geelong. In winter it’s very quiet though.
