North Irvine
"Nice area for families with kids"
This area is very nice, safe compare to other neighborhood I lived. Great schools : elementary and high schools such as Beckman. The police is patroling and its presecence is reassuring.

Great for
- Family oriented
- Green Area, near of Corona Del Mar and Newport Beaches
- Shopping center, restaurants and movie theaters at a walking distance.
Not great for
- Expensive houses ( 700K and above)
- Expensive apartments
- Traffic ( 5 Fwy, 55 Fwy and 405 Fwy)

"Nice shopping area."
Love it! It's a large shopping center with multiple stores ( Macy's, movie theater, restaurants ). At the center of it, there's the attractions, rides and the big wheel rides where you can site and enjoy the view of Irvine . The parking is no problem unless there is a Macy's sale or the it's Black Friday!
