I Love Modbury North Have Lived in Modbury North For 1 Year Now and It’s one of The Best Performing Suburbs in Modbury The Heart of Modbury being In Between Modbury Heights and Modbury. I Love Modbury North Having The View of The Gully and its Hilly Love Going Up and Down from Kelly Road To The West and Golden Grove Road To East and McInTyre Road and Ladywood Road in The Middle and Being a Decent Sized Suburb and The Clovercrest Hotel is Great Too and The State Swim Clovercrest In Modbury North and having Tea Tree Plaza and Tea Tree Gully Library, Everything is Nearby even The Grove Shopping Centre is Nearby Too Has The Quite Suburban Feel to it without The Busy Traffic in Modbury and Golden Grove, Modbury North is Perfect if you don’t want Too many Shops nearby and Has Clean Green Park Lands Too Well Maintained By The Tea Tree Gully Council, I Love Living In Modbury North Best Suburb I’ve Lived in Great Location Too Great Schools and Easy Access to Public Transport.

I Do Like Golden Grove Great View of The Gully and Foot Hills Being Situated in the North Eastern Suburbs and Being Close Proximity to Places Like Tea Tree Plaza and The Barossa Valley or One Tree Hill Etc…. I Do Think it’s a Good Place To Visit or Live, Coming from Someone who Lives in Modbury so I would Know from Experience…. Beautiful Both The Old Golden Grove Uniting Church and Greenwith Uniting Churches Both Located in Golden Grove and Both Historic Listed built in 1890s on One Tree Hill Road. Must Admit I Do Love The State Swim at Golden Grove But Not The People in The Car Park of It, I Do Love Shopping at Garden Grove Nursery on Golden Grove Road and Also I Love what The Tea Tree Gully Council Does at The Golden Grove Recreation and Arts Centre is Good Too But Golden Grove is Too Hilly is my Complaint, Have to Shave and Dig out of The Hills of The Mount Lofty Ranges to Build in This Area and has some People Speeding Down The Golden Way Going 90km in a 60km Zone and Also Some people speeding down other Backstreets and Does Have Some Housing Trust Properties owned by Housing SA But you get That Everywhere It’s a Bit Like Ingle Farms set up in Some parts of Golden Grove have those Units in Wynn Vale area too also The Golden Grove Police Station being Near by, There are a ‘Few Rude People's in The Grove Shops Carpark’ Issues at Both Schools in Golden Grove Being Both Next to Each Other Pedare Christian School and Golden Grove High School School and also has Had Issues in Past with Fights at Both Schools also Rude People in The Grove Shopping Centre Car Park and Shine My Car Hand Car Wash has had Issues too with Staff Being Rude. Previously know as The Grove Village It's a Mixed Bag of People, Some of the Old Area is Rough but the Newer Area that was Mostly Built in The Late 90s and Early 2000s That Part is Safer and Good Part of Golden Grove, The Issue is Some Eshays at The Golden Grove Skate Park and The Grove Shops Seen it so I Should Know, But what you get is What you can Expect I Wouldn’t Class it as Perfect 3 Star Not Happy with Some of The People who Shop at The Grove.
