I have lived in Dudley Park for the past 12 years and it is a very quite and friendly suburb. The time I have lived here I haven't heard or come across any crime as it has a lot of elderly and young families that are home owners. It is very close to town and to wonderful ammenities that are all within minutes from each other. The only down fall is that it does have an industrial part to the suburb but these warehouses are only used for storage. Therefore very minimal noise is ever heard.
