Brunswick

"Perfectly placed"

Having moved to Brunswick a month prior to the first lockdown of 2020, we were disappointed to not be able to experience the night life to its fullest. However we found that even though Brunswick is inner city, it is perfectly placed to have fantastic access to plenty of green space. We enjoyed walks along the Merri Creek and visiting the gardens of CERES. The bike lanes were fantastic and we found ourselves exploring Princes Park, Royal Park and all the way down to Yarra Bend on wheels. The local cafes serve amazing food and coffee, and A Minor Place and Smug Relish are hidden gems. Everyone is so friendly and we were welcomed to the area in our very first hour by passersby on the street! I never once felt worried about walking late at night and the people are very accepting of others from all walks of life.

Eagle Vale

"A hidden gem"

A hidden gem of South West Sydney. Eagle Vale is tucked away in the Campbelltown council area and often overlooked for first home buyers, but we couldn't recommend it more! Having purchased here at the start of 2021, we have found that it is quiet and peaceful, but well situated to have easy access to transport, entertainment and amenities. Perfectly placed to be able to choose between MacArthur Square or Narellan Town Centre for major shopping, there is also Eagle Vale Central for your local fitness and library needs. There are a number of good primary and high schools close by and lots of green space and parklands. We are very glad to have moved here!
