"Hidden gem close to CBD"

Ballarat East is a quiet leafy suburb close to historic Ballarat CBD. Its neighbourhood character speaks to its rebellious past, with large old gumtrees, rambling creeks and a large area of state park. All the amenities (schools, supermarkets) some great natural parks, heritage areas and in walking distance from the city centre. Love it.
