I have lived on Birch avenue for 7 years now, and i have never had a problem at all (: Its a very quiet and peaceful street and is lovely. The only problem we have is that at from 8 - 9 am and 2:30-3:30 pm the street is bustling with people trying to pick there children up from the neighbouring school, and some actually park in your driveway, or just comepletely block it off which can be a major annoyance -.-, but other than that, its a great street (:
