Under 10 mins via car ride to work and good amenities within walking distance. With more young professionals moving into the area, there are some great little cafes popping up, though most are in Torrensville and I’m hoping it spreads. A lot of potential with the T2D and demand for city fringe housing. Very friendly neighbourhood and a short run to the airport. A hidden gem!
