"Vibrant and trendy neighbourhood."

I've been living in South Scarborough for several years. I'm a keen surfer, professional working in the city, have 2 kids and a wife that loves running along the coast.

Being able to walk 500m to the beach, for $600,000 is a great deal.

Great for

  • Surrounded by expensive suburbs
  • Peaceful and quiet during autumn, winter, spring
  • Beach access
  • Easy access to the city
  • Laid back lifestyle

Not great for

  • Boogie boarders
  • Camper van tourists sleeping in the carparks.
  • Influx of people on weekends
  • Anti-social behaviour
