Charlick Circuit

"Fun little circuit"

Small little circuit between East tce and Grenfell. Close to Rundle Mall Close to everything a single or young working couple could want. Cafe's, shops, pubs etc all really close. Walk to work (if you work in the city). All apartment living along here, but lovely apartments. Can be quite noisy on the weekend with traffic etc. However you balance that off by being right in the middle of everything. Close to the park for a wall or jog etc. Not much traffic through the circuit though, mainly in surrounding streets.

"Tiny little fun street!"

Tiny little street, just off the mall. Close to everything a single or young working couple could want. Cafe's, shops, pubs etc all really close. Walk to work (if you work in the city). All apartment living along here, but lovely apartments. Can be quite noisy on the weekend with traffic etc. However you balance that off by being right in the middle of everything. Carrington Street

"Quiet enough, close to the city"

Carrington St, is a little out of the way, and can appear a little dodgy on first look, however on deeper inspection it is a great place to live. Close to pubs, Hutt Street & Gouger Street for food. As it is a little out of the way security is perhaps a little bit of a question, but ok if you take care. A simple walk into the middle of the city. Close to the markets for shopping etc. Very much a place for singles, or working couples.

Grenfell Street

"A Street for Living it up!"

Grenfell Street is all about living large! In the centre of what's happening in Adelaide. Surrounded by pubs, clubs, café’s etc. Close to the park, walk into the city, the mall and all the things you could want as a single living it up. A bit on the noisy side, but you get used to that. The cars cutting laps on the weekend can get a bit much, but generally you are out partying so it doesn’t matter.

Kerferd Street

"Pick of Malvern East"

Kerferd Street is the pick of streets in Malvern East. It is magnificently tree lined and looks particularly spectacular in the summer. It is close to all the things you want, and not near all the things you don’t want. It is close to the wonderful Central Park, Malvern Primary School. A stone’s through from the well known Glenferrie Rd, and up the other way it is close to the shopping Mecca Chadstone “Chaddy”. Also you are a few minutes from the freeway, and can be in the city in 10-15 minutes. Public transport is ample with the 5 and 3 trams very easy walking distances. Caulfield train station (where all trains stop on their way through) is just up Finch Street. Alternatively you can walk to Malvern Station or if you prefer another line, head down to Darling or East Malvern Stations, what a choice! Another plus is that the area around Keferd Street is flat, so if you are a little older, it makes walking about the neighbourhood a breeze.

Beaver Street

"Great street for families"

Great street, nice and wide, not much traffic, close to schools, parks, shops, public transport. The whole area has a heritage overlay, so it keeps the housing in a similar style. The streets are lined with trees. The end near Burke rd is a tad bumpy but not really that bad.
