great place to live although lately I see some low Socio economic community moving into this area and over 10 -15 residents in each of these few houses. What I feel these houses have been given out for rent in desperation.

Hi fdg, what stage you are talking about ??? is it the part next to old Wyndham Vale area ...or towards the new stages ...Few houses in my street been rented out as well..But people living there seems to be very quite ...
