Too many violent and rowdy teenagers especially on the weekends near the Sunshine Plaza, always trying to race on dirt bikes or electric scooters with some teenagers vandalizing public property.

My experience as a rideshare driver. The people that I pick up are not good. They bring drinks in my car, eat food in my car and women combing their hair in my car destroying my back seat. Biggest problem are teenagers who try to book rides with fake names like "Loki". Preferably avoid this suburb.

It's a terrible place to live, the houses are old and no air-conditioning. It's boring full of liberal (woke) people from the universities without any aim in life. Avoid living here.

Visited Brisbane CBD while road tripping across Australia after my graduation. Encountered racist and agressive teenagers on a street while minding my own business. The people in this country are not very educated but show unnecessary arrogance to foreigners and migrants. A blight on the face of this earth. My only reaction to this place was YUCK !!!!

I had lived in Perth, WA 6000 as in international student from 2022 to 2023. The the building that I lived in was safe but cannot say the same for the region around me. Lots of homeless and aborginal groups on the streets often high on drugs and alcohol abuse, will routinely abuse passerbys and make racist and offensive statements at international students and migrants, get arrested by police and released within few days as they would play the routine victim game and that they are not responsible for any of their actions in the present day apparently because of "colonization and intergenerational trauma". Not a safe place to raise children and I would avoid this place if you are a young professional or couple and want to start a new life.
