Close to parks schools and shops, doctors and some restraunts, waking distance to the train line, local pool and with a huge amount of other amenities all within walking distance This steeet has hardly any traffic except one idiot that rides a motorbike 100 miles an hour during the wet every couple of weeks please move out you fool. Most are home owners. The birdlife is awesome especially the kookaburras that laugh all day long. At night the possums take over and can be hand fed off you back deck. The neighbours are good and the street is very kid friendly.

I think it is paradise and can only see this place improve in value in the next few years. I would not want to live any more else at the moment. At night I think I am living in the bush but only 10k's from Brisbane City.
