Seems like a great location, but roads are busy and slow with no over taking lanes to Brown's plains or gold coast. Too many people investing in tiny blocks in estates with no green areas, so lots of renters living on top of each other. Be wary of renting through the large real estate in town they are notorious for being unhelpful and difficult to deal with. Medical facilities are good, great swimming pool and library. Wish people would stop investing! And its 1 hour to the gold cost and Brisbane, without being held up in traffic despite what real estate's say.
