"Excellent Spot and close to town"
Helicia Street is 2 minutes walk to both State and Catholic schools in the area. Lots of great shopping close by as well.

"Close and convenient to the CBD"
Algester is a quiet suburb, but has fantastic public transport straight to the City and lots of local shops.
