"Affordable Mixed Bag with Potential"
Fibro homes on good sized blocks, some have lake views, some very houseproud houses surrounded by some who just dont give a S%#*. Affordable and a great street in the Berkeley area close to shops, lake and berkeley sports and social club. 6 min to wollongong or Warrawong shops and Beach.
Great for
- Some great people
- Close to Shopping Centre
- Good size blocks
Not great for

"Ugly Duckling but time changes everything"
Still a dominant housing commision area with some great people surrounded by a few dropkicks. Slowly changing as government housing becomes privatised and house proud people move into the area. Great Affordability area for 1st home buyers/Investors, but I'd stick to the bottom end for the time being. Close to park, school, shops, trainstation and postioned at the base of Farmborough Heights. Bang for Buck over time.
Great for
- Walking Distance to everything
- Affordability
- Good Blocks
Not great for
- Kids on Trail Bikes

"Views in Silence & just a Stones throw away!!"
Has to be one of the Best Streets around, ticks all the boxes for a young family. Perched on Unanderra's central hill, views from all parts of the street, great Sunsets to the south with such a Friendly Neighbourhood and yet so quiet at night... Sometimes too quiet... Easy down hill Walk to local CBD, Train Station 2 stops from Wollongong, Schools, Coffee shops, Woolies, West Leagues Club, all the essentials and even a few hidden surprises in the Restaurant department. Houses are all established family homes with little to do on good size blocks. 320-400K, but "For Sale" signs rarely go up as everyone just loves living in this hidden little gem of a street.
Great for
- Unbelievably Quiet
- House Proud Neighbourhood
- Elevated & Close to Everything...
Not great for
- None come to mind at this stage
