"Mitcham Vic. Green and quiet"
Great area, close to public transport buses and trains. Not too far from highway links to the city. Lack of parking due to station upgrade makes commuting difficult and no lift at new station makes it difficult for the disabled. Lots of shops, trees and parks. Very little in the way of nightlife. House prices are getting very high putting out of the reach of many families.

- Dog lovers
Not great for
- House prices getting too high
- Temporary inconvenience due to works at Mitcham level crossing

"Used to be great for families, but now a lot of undesirables moving in is lowering the standard"
Great for
- Close to westfield
- Good for transport to the city
- Good local shopping centre and schools
Not great for
- Too many undesirables moving into the area
- A lot more trafic especially hoons late at night
