"Upper Sturt - great work life balance"
Upper Sturt is a very peaceful place to call home and amazingly still only 20 minutes to the CBD. The delightful village of Stirling is just 5 minutes away and is packed with lovely cafes, shops and a great pub. We enjoy having a coffee and watching the world go by. The monthy farmers market is a great place to pick up some tasty home grown produce. For us after 7 years of living here, Upper Sturt is simply a wonderful place to live. Large blocks, real community spirit, great local school, wonderful neighbours and still only a short commute to work. Surely the work life balance doesn't get better than this!

"Evandale St - Floreat - LOVE IT"
Been trying to get into Floreat for years. 6km to city, 6km to beach. High feeling of safety, great people and quiet neighbourhood. Mix of new and old houses. 70% well kept. Lots being knocked down and larger, newer houses built. Land holds value and is often classified as a suburb that should be in the "golden triangle" of perth. General rule of thumb --> 15 minutes to everything.

It's generally full of people who just scrimped( eating wallpaper sandwiches) and acting all hi faluting to get in there. You will see these nut jobs when you drive down Kirwan Street. Lots of bargains to be had in the next 2-3 years.
