Have lived on Azure Way for 2 years now and will be moving at the end of lease. Until recently was the only house in a row of 5 not to have been affected by crime from peeping toms, theft, hoons or property damage. Like I said - until recently. We'd hoped the estate would be more built in by now effectively removing the area that dirt bike riders illegally hoon around on - but no :(. Police are a regular sight in this area with new shoe box like townhouses filling in the vacant blocks. There is an AWESOME primary school on Finnegan Way. No shops within walking distance. Public transport stops on Finnegan Way/Foxwell Rd which is again about 2-3kms from our street. Coomera/Upper Coomera itself doesnt even have a local Post Office - you have to go to Oxenford or Helensvale for the nearest one :( Can walk to Coomera train station - about 4 kms away but doable. Have to be wary of walking on the Rd for about 1/2 a km.
