I am not living in this area because of global warming. Rising sea level will be disaster.

Epping
"Epping - nice area"
I just moved here. Nice people and good area. Lot of parks and playground. Not too busy and crowded like the east and south. Good place to raise a small family.
If Mernda line can have express train, it will be great. It can run from Mernda to every stations to Epping, then Epping express to Reservoir, then Preston,then city, it will be wonderful.

At its highest point Mt Eliza is 165m above sea level. If you think sea levels are going to rise that high then I think Melbourne in general will have a serious problem. Alternatively, dont buy walking distance to the beach... those poor people in those multi million dollar properties (insert sarcasm)
