I used to live in Merrylands and thought Rouse Hill would be a good place to live and invest because of north west rail link. I bought a house in Rouse Hill and now regret it. I just found Rouse Hill is really middle of no where. Whenever you go, you have to drive extra to get to Rouse Hill and you always have to rely on your own transportation, which is very inconvenient. The road hasn't been properly built and it always got road congestion. Now I am calculating when I can sell my house without losing the money and then move somewhere else.
